A Escola de Futebol Força Portimonense vem informar aos pais e encarregados de educação sobre as condições do seguro ALLIANZ na presente esta época para os nossos jovens atletas durante a prática desportiva enquanto atletas da Recreação do Portimonense.
ATENÇÃO:
- Aos Atletas que se inscreverem durante o mês corrente, o seguro terá início no mês seguinte.
- OS PAGAMENTOS DAS DESPESAS FEITAS PELO SEGURO SERÃO EFETUADAS SEMPRE POR REEMBOLSO.
- EM CASO DE ACIDENTE DESPORTIVO NAS NOSSAS INSTALAÇÕES, O ATLETA TERÁ SEMPRE QUE TER AVALIAÇÃO DO NOSSO DEPARTAMENTO MÉDICO.
- EM CASO DE NECESSIDADE DE INTERVENÇÃO HOSPITALAR, O CLUBE SUPORTA METADE DA FRANQUIA ( descontado no valor das mensalidades ) E OS ENCARREGADOS DE EDUCAÇÃO A OUTRA METADE (60 €).
